Pese al esfuerzo de muchos ayuntamientos por adaptar sus autobuses, las carencias en este sentido siguen siendo muy grandes. De las ciudades que conozco, parece que sólo Barcelona apuesta fuerte por autobuses adaptados, pero en el metro, tanto en Madrid como en Barcelona apenas se tiene en cuenta a las personas que tenemos unas capacidades distintas de las consideradas normales.
A ver si al hacer nuevas estaciones aprenden de otras experiencias; en la foto, un modelo de montaescaleras similar al Clasic Plus en el metro de Milán (que no conozco, pero que tras ver al foto me gustaría conocer 
)

Discapnet ha publicado su “Guía de playas accesibles 2007″, con datos actualizados y ofrecidos por los propios ayuntamientos, Cruz Roja y otras fuentes online. Puedes descargarla online en formato PDF haciendo click aquí.
Las personas con movilidad reducida pueden utilizar esta guía para saber qué playas accesibles existen en España y qué servicios ofrecen. La guía presenta de la A a la Z el listado de Comunidades Autónomas españolas con costa, y sus diferentes provincias y las playas destacadas y accesibles en cada una. Las imágenes actuales de diversos puntos costeros de España son otra de las novedades y complementos con los que el equipo Discapnet ha actualizado y renovado esta guía, que se está convirtiendo en un referente para los usuarios a la hora de buscar destino para sus vacaciones.
