Me escribe Ana. Su madre se ha caído en la rampa de acceso a un super de Málaga, por carecer ésta de barandilla. El super no quiere saber nada y ella me pregunta si la barandilla es obligatoria o no.
Unas ideas básicas:
- La obligatoriedad, elementos que los constituyen y modalidad del “itinerario adaptado” depende del lugar público: tipo o uso del establecimiento, superficie de éste,…
- Prácticamente todo esté regulado: longitudes y pendientes máximas de las rampas, obligación de elevadores para personas de movilidad reducida en ciertos establecimientos por su tipo o características, elementos de seguridad, señalización del “itinerario adaptado”,…
- En todo caso, las barandillas SON obligatorias en las rampas
¿Qué me queda claro tras leerme la normativa de aplicación técnica andaluza y ver por contra el día a día? Que NADIE cumple con la LEY. Y que, por tanto, o cambiamos la ley, y que los políticos no se llenen tanto la boca con lo que “hicieron” durante su mandato, o que se cumpla de forma rigurosa. No nos callemos: denunciemos a nuestro ayuntamiento, a la Oficina de Información al Consumidor, los incumplimientos que vayamos detectando.
